Bottled water, Alkaline or Acid?
who told you this? I hope they weren't trying to weren't trying to sell you water. What you look for is carbohydrate content. Some of the new sweetened water may have a small amount of carbs. The only way you can cure diabetes is if you are type 2. If your pancreas is functioning but not at the level necessary for the food you consume you are overweight and don't exercise. Cut out any drinks with sugar. Modify your diet and limit the amount of complex carbs (pasta, rice, cereal, bread, potato's)., and exercise 3-4 times a week. You can take the lazy way out and take medication eat more, and watch tv or you can modify your diet and exercise. Water is water, some plumbing and temperature can affect the ph level but not to the point of hurting you, I wouldn't waste my money on any bottled water (unless you are out and that's your option), that could cost you a couple thousand a year. If you don't want the chemicals in tap water get a filter (20-200 dollars) and or boil it for 1/2 hour, you just save yourself a couple of thousand and if you meet the criteria you reduce or eliminate the risk of all the complications diabetics suffer from. By the way "one of the best cures to diabetes is Alkaline water" is not true, you can drink all the alkaline water you want and if you eat too many carbs and don't exercise your diabetes is not going any where
