May I have some examples of how lowland spanish differs from highland?

Also what about argentina's accents. I apologize if I sound really ignorant. Um I know that iin argentina the accents are different from the highland spanish speakers. Can you give me a comparison of their words and accents to the highland and lowland accents and word. Thank you.
