How can i lose weight at 13?
Im a 13 year old male about 5 foot 4 inches tall and weigh about 155 pounds. im tired of being fat I don't want to be just another fat American. I have until about August 20th to lose 30 pounds or more because that's when school starts. I want to lose 4-5 pounds a week and do it the healthy way. What should i do in terms of running and working out? My family has free weights, bench press, exercise trampoline, Bo-flex,solo-flexx, and pads for sit-upssit-upsps. I live in the middle of nowhere with alot of running space, i have to beable to survive the run remember so nothing over a mile. What about my diet? When should i eat? What should i eat? How much should i eat? How can i resist the urge to eat? When should i go to bed? When should i wake up? PLEASE answer ALL of my questions, also NO STUPID SHORT ANSWERS i really need help. Thank you
