How to survive a long flight!?

There are movies on long flights. Also bring your own music, and pencils and paper - for doodling or whatever. Bring your camera: nice pictures to be taken. Don't freak out about the person next to you: people on plane are nice, but if you are "bothered" see the stewardess. People at airports speak more than one language - including English. As for transit points and which gate to go to, airline personnel is always there to guide you.. PS: they have plenty of food, drinks and snacks on board.
