Hi I'm planning to make a trip of 5 days to Malaysia from SG with my 7 month old kid. Suggest some places?

Found langkawi,KL and Cameron highlands good. Are they worth watching? And is it a good place to visit with kid? Pl also suggest an itenary and goid hotels with budget in mind. Need to start and be back in singapore
