How did they get all of the animals from the seven continents onto Noah's ark?

I mean the animals would have had to travel across oceans to get to Noah's ark in the middle east as well as cross over impossible climate changes for the exotic animals to be able to survive the journey. Would one hundred years which is how long it took Noah to build the ark be enough time for lets say tortoises and sloths to cross that far journey?
