If you joined the navy and are having second thoughts, is there any way to leave?

after hearing the code of conduct article about "i am prepared to give my life in the defense of my country" and every other code after that one, i would say i would never follow any of them and i would do every thing i could in my power to survive, including endangering the lives of others. i would impersonate an officer, dress as a civilian contractor, and steal a vehicle or ship if i thought it would help me survive. HOW DO I GET OUT OF THE NAVY WITHOUT GETTING A DISHONORABLE DISCHARGE? i am already in "a" school.
