Which are the most politically moderate states/cities in America?

I've lived in both extremes - very liberal and very conservative. I've lived in very conservative Colorado suburbs, such as Parker and Highlands Ranch, and I hate it because I can't relate to their rigidness and close-mindedness. I've also been to Boulder, Colorado, where I believe that the people need to have higher standards of morality. Anyway, I want to live in a politically moderate area - not too rigid, but not too flexible.
